Overview
Each Luxe Alchemy USA piece is carefully crafted and inspected before shipment to ensure the highest quality.
Because many of our items are made to order or produced in limited quantities, all sales are considered final.
Returns – Jewelry
We do not accept standard returns on jewelry.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement.
To be eligible:
• the item must be unworn and in original condition
• all original packaging and certificates must be included
• the request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Returns requested for reasons other than damage or defect may be considered in limited cases. If approved, the resolution will be issued as store credit only.
Returns – Non-Jewelry Items
For eligible non-jewelry items, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• unworn and unused
• in original condition
• returned with all original packaging
Returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only.
Return Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Time
Once your return is received, please allow 8–10 business days for inspection and processing.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be in original condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:

Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request.
Return Approval
All return and exchange requests are subject to review. Luxe Alchemy USA reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact info@luxealchemyusa.com within 14 days.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund the item promptly.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment.
